By Leighton kelly When i was India awhile back, in Rishikesh i think, there was all these signs for this restaurant, like maybe a local chain, where there was this guy that was the mascot of the chain, basically this guy you see here. some sort of Walla or “seller” of fine Indian cuisine served on cafeteria platters.  he seemed so stoked about the food that he was actually floating over the ground and his hair had been fashioned into a sort of exclamation point letting you know just how amazing the food was.  in reality it was just OK. well, to some i am sure it was mind blowing. but after having a confused and irritable stomach for months i was dubious. and so in tandem with this little excited fella i decided to make him the mascot of DAY ONE 2012.  you may like the posts you may love the succulent morsels of meats and cheese or you may poop water for days and never come back.  it wont matter. my whole purpose is to make an all you can eat buffet of daily random snax for the masses.  also it helps me with all the stuff that keeps piling up in my head. that may mean tho that you could love it or be violently sick. i never can tell what kinds of ingredients i got back in the ol mind pantry. expiration dates and all that. but really, who complains about free all you can eat buffet? answer: haters and critics. both of which could use a good dose of salmonella.
