2ND ANNUAL BIG TIME YARD SALE OF THE CENTURY Pen an ink. © Nov 26th 2011 By Leighton kelly now that thanksgiving time is over its time for thanksbuying and all the greatness that our consumer reality has to offer. thats right! for anyone who can remember just before i went on SPIRIT QUEST 2012 a long time back i had a giant yard sale where i got rid of most of my treasure i accrued on all my travels home and abroad.  but here is something you dont know.  i still have so much shit its crazy. treasures i couldnt part with back then but now the weight of even one vintage suitcase causes me excess concern.  not because i dont like treasure (i do) but because i like it too much.  everything must go! well, most of it. in the next few posts i will be describing the who, what, where when and how of this most amazing day of the year when you, the curious consumer can satisfy your deepest material desires free from the taudrey intercom music and lousy shopping environments you will find at any time of year. so empty your calendar of things to do and pencil in: “dont stop, get it get it” for sometime in the next weekend. wipe off your fangs and put your bargain bibs on for this years sale of the century! or we will find you and punch you in the throat. love LAY.
